This assessment is for established business owners with a team, recurring operational problems, and a willingness to make changes.
What is included
- An intake questionnaire and review of relevant operating documents.
- One owner interview and up to two team interviews.
- Review of up to three key workflows.
- Written findings covering bottlenecks, responsibility gaps, training needs, and owner dependence.
- A prioritized 90-day action plan and one review meeting with Ken Collins.
Your assessment is delivered within one week after all required information is received and interviews are completed.

You work directly with Ken, the founder and principal of Strategic Horizons Consulting. His work focuses on operations, responsibilities, processes, and training systems that fit how a business actually works.
What happens afterward?
You can use the action plan with your own team or discuss implementation consulting with Ken. Entry retainers start at $1,000 per month, subject to fit, agreed scope, and availability. Ongoing consulting is optional.
