Hello and welcome! My name is Ken Collins, and I’ll be guiding you through this comprehensive course. With over 30 years of experience in over 35 industries, I have had the privilege of working with organizations to foster employee success, build thriving teams, and create sustainable, high-performance work environments.

Throughout my career, I’ve focused on processes of all types, including administrative, manual labor, information technology, marketing, and workforce management, which has enabled me to develop actionable strategies to align business goals with employee performance.

  • Final Exam – At the end of the course, you’ll complete a comprehensive final exam to review and solidify everything you’ve learned.

This course was originally developed and deployed on a different platform as part of a complete "CEO's Workforce System." That system included not only the content you’ll find in this course but also content from two additional courses. It was initially created as part of a coaching program.

As such, you may encounter references in the videos to “Homework” that needed to be completed in collaboration with Ken. Please disregard those instructions. While we encourage you to download and utilize the provided materials, there is no need to coordinate your actions with Ken or anyone else during this course.
